Windows Phone Ready to Pursue Android

The future of Windows Phone seems very promising. In fact, according to analysts, it will be the 2nd largest smartphone operating system, ahead of  iOS.

This prediction was issued by the analyst from iSuppli. Reportedly, the year 2015 will be in the realm of proof of Windows Phone as smart phones OS.

Windows Phone would crawl up into the second operating system, while Android is still dominate this market by sitting in the first place. This means, Apple iOS position would be displaced.

One key to the success of Windows Phone is Nokia Lumia 900, where it was released at the last International Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. So far the response to Windows Phone is fairly good, both from fans and reviewers.

Nokia Lumia 900 itself became one of the products that seize the attention at CES. “This product is Nokia’s first step to gain market share,” said Wayne Lam, senior analyst at IHS.

“Combined with Nokia’s efforts to steer the development of Windows Phone’s ecosystems, Lumia 900 and its successors will help Microsoft’s competition ranked second in market share of smartphone operating system,” he added.

Last year, Windows Phone’s market share is only 2%, but later in 2015 it is predicted to be 16.7%, so that quoted from Dailymail.
