BlackBerry 10: Failed Product?

BGR reported that an internal source of RIM said the BlackBerry 10 is a failed software that will not be able to compete with other mobile OS.

The source also told BGR that the Playbook 2.0 OS developer has tested the BlackBerry 10 in the smartphone. From the test results were known that the BlackBerry 10 does not have a support email and BlackBerry Messenger. “Email and PIM is still better in 8700 than in BlackBerry 10,” the source said describing how bad RIM’s latest software.

It is also revealed why RIM should delay the release of BlackBerry 10 smartphones. It mentioned nothing to do with the latest LTE chipset. The source said that actually Mike Lazaridis had lied when he said the latest BlackBerry smartphone was delayed for reasons of LTE. “RIM is deliberately issued this issue when in fact they do not have the product ready for release.”

At the end of the conversation, the source said something quite startling. He said that RIM is staking its business on a platform and ecosystem that are not even as good as the iPhone OS 1.0 or Android 2.0. “There is no place for the fourth ecosystem,” he said.
